Art, Surf, Stables... and Bison.
Three Days, Two Nights | South Coast NSW | November 17-19 2021
This exclusive experience, hosted by Collette Dinnigan, interior and fashion designer, author and conservationist, with her partner Bradley Cocks, travel expert and adventurer, will be based at Willinga Park, Australia’s award winning, multi-disciplinary, Olympic standard equine centre set on 2000 acres in Bawley Point.
Terry Snow, owner of Willinga Park, has invited Collette and Bradley to create this experience with guests learning first-hand how the best prepare for the Australian sport of Camp Drafting by watching unique training techniques with bison. Guests will also watch a private freestyle dressage session under the arena lights at night.
Budawang Elder Noel Butler from the Yuin Nation, together with his wife Trish, will lead a special interactive Aboriginal cultural teaching on sustainability, food and the environment – covering indigenous cultural life with an understanding of this land from a local Aboriginal’s perspective, while sharing and passing on ancient knowledge for all Australian’s future survival.
Ewan McCash, third generation oyster farmer, will share his expertise around the sustainable growing and harvesting of Clyde River Oysters and will teach guests how to perfectly shuck them, paired with carefully selected vintage champagne and caviar.
Ian and Lara Puckeridge, Australian spearfishing champions, will lead a ‘participate or observe’ MasterClass in sustainable snorkelling for lobster and abalone. They will also teach guests how to catch the delicate coastal marine fish Whiting.
Afterwards learn how to clean and prepare the catch in preparation for your cooking lesson with esteemed chef Guillaume Brahimi.
Lastly, special guest artist Luke Sciberras, will host a rare Still Life drawing MasterClass.
All guests will need to organise their own transport to-and-from Willinga Park.
Private aircraft options are available upon request.
During the experience, all transfers will be provided.
Limited to 12 Guests.
Collette Dinnigan and Bradley Cocks acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Yuin people, on which they operate and pay respect to Elders past and present.
