This was the first barn I renovated. We took the shell and added everything: beautiful wooden cheese boards for the floors, three light filled bedrooms with antique beds and bathrooms with 500-year-old marble floors from Belgium. The light fittings were sourced in Italy. The barn became a home with the addition of an open plan kitchen and living room, focused around the fireplace. The barn is surrounded by an orchard of plum trees.
